Time Received Order

Orders that are received before 2:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM PST, will be processed and sent out that day. (Unless no personalization is required.)

Shipping Days and Charges

Shetland & Co. only ships within the United States. Saturday delivery is available as overnight or next day delivery charges. Please see the pricing chart above, for expedited shipping charges, on orders under $100.

Personalization

On items that are being monogrammed and/or personalized, 3-4 business days is required before it can be shipped. The cost to personalize an item is $15.00.
